Return & Exchange
We ensure to the best of our ability that your shopping experience is as hassle-free as can be, and that you are able to experience and enjoy the high-grade quality of our products. While we hope you never feel the need to have our products returned or exchanged, we are prepared to help you when the situation calls for it.
If you need assistance in returning or exchanging a product, please refer to our policies below:
- All products from Strokes Beauty Lab that are faulty or damaged upon receiving are eligible for return or exchange. This only covers products with factory defects. Items that have deteriorated in quality due to excessive use or customer-implicated damage cannot be repaired, returned, or exchanged.
- We offer free returns or exchanges within seven (7) days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Products availed with discounts or promo codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returned items must be surrendered in its original packaging, free from damage aside from that reported to Strokes Beauty Lab.

Processing of returned or exchanged items will take thirty (30) business days to complete. Customers can expect to receive their refund or exchanged items shortly after the mentioned time period.
The shipping fee for exchanged products is to be shouldered by the customer.
